53 Mondays is a limited edition artist’s book based on my daily drawing practice. Taking the form of one of my many sketchbooks, 53 Mondays reproduces all of Monday’s drawings from 2018, a year which begins and ends on a Monday. The Collector’s Edition includes the book, foldout calendar and a matted digital print of one drawing from the book along with an individual note from the artist about the drawing. 53 Mondays is published by the ICI Press, the publishing division of the Institute of Cultural Inquiry (ICI), a non-profit educational and cultural organization focused on ‘visual technologies’ and how they are used to document, imagine, remember and conceal the convergence of human activities we call ‘culture.’ More information is available at www.culturalinquiry.org
